He just needs to exhibit more patience when he gets the ball in the post...
...and understand what his role is. They're not necessarily throwing the ball into him so he can throw up a 10ft jump hook or rush some other bad shot.
He needs to draw the attention of the defense then kick it out to an open perimeter shooter. If he do thathe might get more PT.
