Around the 7th hole they get to talking about how they each wound up in Florida.

Person one says, “I ran a dry cleaning business in New Jersey, but one night we were called and told a chemical fire broke out and it burned to the ground.”

Person two says, “I ran a manufacturing facility in the warehouse district of New York City. It was a rough neighborhood with high crime. Some arsonists burned it to the ground.”

Person three says, “I owned a restaurant in New Orleans. It was in the French Quarter and was taken out by a major flood.”

Person one and two look at person three, quietly whisper to each other, and shake their heads.

Person 1 says, “How do you cause a flood?”
