Because taking care of yourself can often make you look "weak" or feminine, guys can often stop looking after themselves, and get in a rut of boring, repetitive and not very nutritious meals, wearing clothes they don't like or that are too small or too big, and generally 'let themselves go'.

I'm trying to come up with things I can do on a weekly and or monthly basis that is either relaxing, stress relieving, or a good way to treat myself for working so dang hard all day every day. I'm brainstorming a list that i can just plug things into a calendar when I have time for them.
So far: scheduling a Massage, Listening to music/headphones, Warm Bath, watching a movie, watching sports, video games, grab some pho/thai food, take a walk, meditation, reading
