Same other than ours are now 3 and 5 now.
The 5 year old was great would go brush her teeth lay down ask for a story give you hugs and kisses and then would go to sleep. Her younger sister was the exact opposite, screaming, kicking, throwing things, total meltdowns everynight. We fought it for a while, but now we just take turns going to bed with the kids at their bed time. Usually a 30 to 45 minute nap then I go wake my wife up or she comes and gets me. There’s still a fight before falling asleep but it’s not near as traumatic anymore.

Oh yeah also if you can cut grease and sugar out of that ones diet it helps. No screen time for her helps too. So far we haven’t been able to do either of those well, but the times we’ve done it have been noticeably easier.
