If "some point" is interpreted as "any point" the answer is 100%. If it is
interpreted as "a predefined point" the answer is highly unlikely. The variations of time of sunset and sunrise don't matter unless you live on some planet with two suns or some other strange thing that causes the times to be mutually exclusive. As long as the time frames overlap it's still 100%. Of course we are also barring instantaneous teleportation and time travel.

My opinion is the first interpretation is easily the one that makes the most sense given the wording.

If you think too long about it you can convince yourself that they meant a single predefined point. Kinda like how if you say a word enough times it starts to sound weird. But it makes less sense.
