BYU's standards are high, but not close to any Ivy League or Ivy Plus schools.
The absolute top students accepted to BYU every year are Ivy League quality, but BYU also accepts a whole bunch of students who are not close to Ivy League level. The overall average admissions numbers at BYU are not as impressive as a lot of CBers think they are.
