I thought the second was a great sequel. The first is better, but #2 played upon the same style
I also have kids at home around that age, so the whole show hit home for me and was spot on.
I love the fact that the dialogue and plot is right out of a young kid's Lego playing imagination.
Lego Movie 1 and 2 are waaay better than the Batman and Ninjago flicks, IMO
