Youngbuck, you’ve completely managed to misunderstand the argument
Nobody here has failed to recognize some small risks associated with vaccines. I do find it ironic that anti vaxxers cite accurate scientific research to prove this point but can’t search for similar research to support the idea that vaccines cause autism. You citing the CDC is rather damning though, as they recommend vaccines.

To put some perspective on your reference, you say 1/10,000 vaccines result in side effects of serious brain damage. That is a very small risk to keeping the general population healthy? How healthy you may wonder? Let’s dig in and find out. Here is information from Wikipedia on the devastating effects of Measles:

Between roughly 1855 and 2005, measles has been estimated to have killed about 200 million people worldwide.[117] Measles killed 20 percent of Hawaii's population in the 1850s.[118] In 1875, measles killed over 40,000 Fijians, approximately one-third of the population.[119] In the 19th century, the disease killed 50% of the Andamanese population.[120] Seven to eight million children are thought to have died from measles each year before the vaccine was introduced.[18]

200 million people!!! Humanity solved this massive crisis for crying out loud. Then people with your mentality thought they knew better. Now we are faced with outbreaks in the U.S.. Where do these happen? In communities with lower vaccination rate. Yep, we have a serious problem with measles again because people have looked at the small risks associated with the vaccines and have decided they would rather go back in time to the point when 7,000,000-8,000,000 kids died EVERY YEAR because of measles.

What really helps to add perspective is the fact that 200,000,000 people died just from measles. That doesn’t even include the other diseases that we have developed vaccines for.

I hope you take the time to educate yourself and gain some perspective on this matter. While it is completely unfortunate that an extremely small percentage of the population will experience the negative side effects of vaccines, it is FAR better than the alternative of death on a mass scale.
