He hasn't been fully healthy this year. Based solely on the 9 games he played this season you'd probably be right placing him 5th, but healthy he's in discussion w/ Norvell for 3rd (could place them in either order). Hachimura and Clarke will both be drafted this year. Tillie and Norvell both project as 2nd round picks next year. Perkins is a very solid player as well. Patrusev is getting looks as a future 1st round draft pick. He has tons of potential and could be top player in WCC next year. He's not quite at that level this year but to have that type of talent coming off the bench is pretty incredible. They have a local guy coming in next year (Anton Watson) that could also be a one-and-done caliber player so look for them to be a top 5 team again next year as well.
