Go read the oregonlive.com reports done on Larry Scott and you will change your mind on Larry.  His decisions and "all about me" mentality has made a tough situation much worse.  When he gets paid more than the other P5 conferences execs combined, that is an issue.  Not to mention, spending more on real estate than everyone combined.  Bring compensation and real estate into average P5 ranges would boost each schools payout $2-3M each.  That doesn't close the gap, but his inability to do a directv deal or googleTV deal has also impacted them a few million per school.  There is much more...but go read some articles before you say he is fine.
