You have to cross Paca street to the other side of Lexington Market, but there's a little stand that I used to go to that has wonderful cheese steak sandwiches. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. You should also pick up a Bergers cookie. Little Italy and Fells Point are also great choices for good food.
