They refurbished it a year or two ago and it’s an amazing ride again, but it definitely gets the longest line in the park. I would hit that first and then head to the back of the park to Xcelerator and Hangtime. Hangtime is their newest coaster and it’s a ton of fun, it holds you at the top of the first drop to build the anticipation. The log ride and Silver Bullet are super popular but they have really good capacity, so they are rarely over a 30 min wait. Knotts has great food, I would recommend eating at Mrs Knotts Chicken Dinner if you can. You also should try their boysenberry churros, boysenberry soft serve, and boysenberry topped funnel cakes. The Wild West stunt show is really fun, so hit that up if you have time—my kids love it. Spend some time wandering around Ghost Town and check out the glass blower, blacksmith, etc. We’ve been going to Knotts with the kids for years and we always really enjoy it.
