Femail tries 'correct' way to eat a pineapple according to viral video

A video uploaded to TikTok which went viral after it was shared on Twitter shows a snacker pulling pyramid-shaped pineapple pieces from the outside skin. But we struggled to pull off the hack.

Going back and watching the original video I noticed two things...

1 - their pieces were already somehow loose...previously cut?
2 - their lip smacking drove me batty! One of my biggest pet peeves
