If Childs leaves for Europe, we shouldn’t be surprised. However, this loss could also force him to stay and get that bitter, horrible taste out of his mouth.
As far as the coaching; Rose needs to man up and turn in his resignation. He either isn’t in it anymore or cannot coach this team effectively any longer. I get it: he didn’t miss the shots, but guess what else he didn’t do...make the right adjustments (almost all year) but more importantly, he didn’t have his team ready after more than a week to prepare. The entire team looked lost and uninterested last night.
Goodbye BYU basketball...at least until next fall/winter.
