Madsen was a beast.

Physical, aggressive, played hard. Got everything out of the talent level he had and then some.

Believes in defense.

Played on NBA championship teams. I think he could look a kid in the eye and straight up tell them what they need to do to get better and to get to that level.

Added bonus, he could get Shaq to come in and speak/coach the team for a day.
