There are 9 new presidents since Scott was hired,
After this article on his cavalier spending habits, in Vegas, I think the presidents will ask the league office for a financial report of its operations.
The PAC 12 distributes only 72% of its revenues compared to 90% distribution from its peers. Scott has been saying it was due to the cost of PACN.
