Zapata Walk-on

Fan says “go ice your knees”, while Westbrook is wearing an ice pack on his knees. The crowd is loud, Westbrook hears “get on your knees”.

Im not an expert in this area by any means but I’ve never heard “get on your knees” as a racial insult. Sexual, maybe. Can anyone explain that?
