I was diagnosed with it. I'm not super athletic (not obese either) and my resting heart rate is normally in 50's and can be in the 40's. I've had some minor symptoms before, but nothing too worrisome. So just something I keep an eye on and occasionally go back to see cardiologists. Doesn't effect my day to day life at all.

My mom and one of my brothers also have slow heart rates. Never caused issues for them.
