Born and raised in Utah. For those that were alive in the 50s, 60s, 70s... how can you not know this? If the middle aged fan who yelled "boy" at Westbrook last year didn't know this, it's amazing someone that ignorant can afford those seats. I find it more likely that he knew it was inappropriate, and felt he could say it without reprimand.
