Its amazing that she was able to continually lure investors and big names to be on the Theranos board of investors. The voice thing reminded me of the talented Mr. Ripley. But I think the mini documentary caused me to focus on that part, and I wonder if that had not been stated, if I would just have cast her voice aside as just kind of weird.

This reminds me also of that documentary on Netflix Documentary "Fyre: The Greatest Party that never happened" With its leader, who had the same charisma and was able to con people in the same way, albiet over a much shorter period of time. BTW if you watch Fyre be warned it is full of terrible language.
