Utah St will always be third from an overall program perspective. Yes, they will have some seasons where they are better than BYU and/or Utah, but then their coach gets hired away to somewhere with better resources. They’re like San Diego St compared to UCLA & USC. Some nice seasons but no staying power and mostly irrelevant.
