Yes, several times. It's a great location for lower Manhattan.
Easy walk to WTC and all the 9/11 stuff. Right next to Brookfield Place and there is a Shake shack and movie theater in the building. Subway isn't super convenient (about 4 blocks) but that's my only complaint.
