with 380,000,000 people in the US, if you assumed 5% were using your "killer product" (Coke Zero), then 19,000,000 people are at risk and 1900 are going to die from Coke Zero. and now that risk doubles so 3800 people are going to die? I'm guessing that your product is going off the market pretty fast. They aren't even going to get a choice.
Yet with those numbers in mind. we still sell cigarettes, alcohol, and other drugs.
