Outside of Jensen's year as a D-league HC, Madsen and Jensen seem similar.

Both NBA assistants. Both went to Final Fours in college. But Madsen has also coached and played with much more Hugh profile players in the NBA. As a recruit, having a guy show you two rings and pictures of him with Shaq and Kobe is compelling I would think. It's not like Madsen is coaching high school right now.
