I do mean broadcast, not in person. Doubt anyone on here was at the concert.
But did you have the feeling at the time when you watched it that it would be such an historic and iconic part of music history?
Looking at the lineup of that concert, it’s incredible. I hate the fact that I wasn’t born until ‘89. Music had been so good throughout the 70s and 80s then seemed to take a massive nose dive in the 90s and today music is a joke compared to what there was several decades ago.
