I'm looking at the ads for "Once Upon a Time In Hollywood" and I couldn't help that notice that a 55 year old Brad Pitt, and a 44 year old Leonardo DiCaprio are playing beside a 28 year-old Maggot Robbie, rather than say, a 43 year old Angelina Jollie. Granted Angie with Brad wouldn't work, but I'm just saying that there are plenty of great actresses that would be more age appropriate.

Essentially, once a woman hits 35, she's only going to play the mother of the protagonist or the grandmother. There are no other characters for those actresses.
