Right, but what I meant was that because I'm brown eyed, even if my mother had

a blue recessive, the fact that I have brown...ohhhhh. Right. Gotcha. Even if both of them were brown eyed, if both had a blue recessive, the only way I'd be guaranteed to have all-brown eyed children would be if both my mom and my dad "rolled brown" for me (again, pretending eye color was single trait). Otherwise my kids' odds would be the same as they are now. Got it.
