I fully understand what coach Olmsted was trying to do by resting starters to be fresh for Hawaii, however, putting a team on the floor incapable of getting the game won against a supposed inferior opponent is the wrong thing to do. He should have started his best players, mixed in subs then maybe finish with subs. It is disrespectful to you’re opponent who deserve to face your best team. Coach should be ashamed at the disrespect this shows. I hope they beat Hawaii, however, if they don’t then this will be karma for the way he mis-managed this weekend. He will deserve getting bit in the butt.
Also, what’s this loss say about BYU’s subs. Not very promising.
