Food trucks would give a percentage to BYU for giving them the space. It wouldn’t hurt the athletic dept. it would hurt
the American Fork 19th ward a bit I guess. And yes it would compete with some stadium concessions. But the benefits for creating a more interesting pre-game would be great.
I like that someone is thinking outside the box. Hopefully the AD is.
