tone and understanding the history of some things is important. Tailgating is a good example of this. It used to be much better & for whatever reason, BYU put up some restrictions that squashed it. I feel there is a great opportunity there with BYU leading it to be a real strength. There are also a couple things she got wrong-- they do have smoke coming out the tunnel. You also have to be willing to acknowledge that BYU's crowd will always include families who aren't going to have every member cheering the same as a teen or adult would. That's just the reality. We also have a big enough stadium that we can afford a few seats for kids. When LES is full and into the game, it's a great atmosphere. Maybe Lisa hasn't seen that. Fair enough. I'm not crazy about comparing ourself to Utah. We're not Utah and don't want to be Utah (maybe in wins the last couple years). Here's hoping the team gives her the great LES experience by playing well enough to warrant it. If the team does their part, I believe the crowd will do theirs. Getting the AD office & BYU to help us with other aspects of gameday would be very welcome as well. I see no harm in discussing those.
