My wife loves Pina colada’s, They May have Caribbean rum and of course a mojito. All of these have virgin ways to be made and it’s up to you what you prefer. A hurricane might also be a good one as that’s lime juice, passion fruit juice, pineapple juice and orange juice and grenadine if you leave the rum out. It is a lot of sugar for most of these but that’s what vacation is for.

But honestly when an open bar is available I usually go with a club soda and lime as I don’t really care much for sweet drinks
