Agree, seen this pop up multiple times. I spend a lot of time in airports and I am actually

sick of passengers who constantly think they can bully agents and others. Airports have become miserable places that bring out the worst in people. Of course, there are plenty of scenarios where airlines are in the wrong but a lot of passengers try to act like they deserve more than what they paid for.
