I once landed a job because I was the only candidate to admit a weakness

It was for software engineering position. Of all the candidates they interviewed I was the only that admitted to not knowing anything about several programming languages. Everybody else bluffed their way through it and then failed on the technical follow-up.

They figured it was better to hire the honest guy that is willing to learn.
