They're the ones right at the entrance to BYU on Bulldog across from Wendy's.
She was with my BIL, whom is a quadriplegic, they were in his customized van in the drive through line at Wendy's when his van started to take a dump. They limped it over there and called me back in CA to talk to the guys. They dropped everything and went to work on the van, it was a hot day and my BIL can't sweat due to his injury, so he personally overheats quickly. They needed to get the van running with the A/C and get back to S. Jordan.
These guys were great. New serpentine belt. They could've gouged my wife and BIL, and we would have happily paid under the circumstances, but they didn't. No extra charge to drop everything and make the repair.
I went back with my son's Maxima that had trouble getting a smog test. The place CB told me to go said that the timing chain had skipped a tooth on the gear and it'd be $1500 to fix. Car wasn't worth that much, and I knew that was BS. Took it to the Campus Tire Pros and told them I had a flight to catch back to CA in a few hours. They dropped everything again, went on the internet to some mechanics only forum and found the fix. They made some computer adjustments, told me to drive it 50 miles at a constant freeway speed to reset the light and bring it back. I did, the light cleared and it passed.
I was/am impressed.. (and I ALWAYS tell a service provider that I'm there because of the Yelp reviews, then they know you'll be a reviewer....) I say it's amazing only in that I always assumed those guys were gouge central, being so close to campus and the freshman dorms. They may have been back when I was at BYU, but now they seem to be really good.
