throw it to spots, anticipate where the play was opening up etc. I'm not sure if Hall can do that or not. It hasn't looked like it from what I've seen so far. But he does seem to have a lot of upside. I think it will take a true QB to beat Utah, not an athlete still learning the QB position, but who knows. Would be quite the story if Jaren Hall started and beat them.
