Looks like he does, but he's also pretty athletic. Looks like Stephen Rodgers. If he has to sit a year, I'd work on the drive/post game a bit more and I think you've got a pretty solid D1 guy there. No reason that guy couldn't get into at least the 15 ppg range by the time he's done:
