The NCAA is proposing that grad transfers count against a school's 85 scholarship limit for two years even if they only have one year of eligibility, or if they leave after one year.

Stanford's coach has no problem with that since they often don't use all 85 scholarships.

The proposal, if approved, will likely reduce the opportunities for grad transfers.
