honestly it seems deeper than that
There seems a deep rooted angst and fear against something I can't quite grasp.
It's like the paradigm is so fixed on "just get better recruits, throw more money at coaches, get more support from the LDS church, and all of our problems will go away" that anything pointing to solutions that are entirely within our grasp seem "laughable"...
hence, the abundance of baffle within my psyche.
