It does sound a lot like the Warriors who also switch most ball screens
It actually makes a lot of sense vs the Jazz no matter who the opponent is. Why? Because the key then would be getting a mismatch off of that. The Jazz don't have a lot of guys that can beat a guy one on one so creating mismatches isn't necessarily their strong point.
That being said, Clint Capela is one of the better big man perimeter defenders in the league. I definitely see your point.
