I lived at the Branbury during grad school. I liked it and would recommend it
while pointing out a few things:

1. It is far from campus. Some people walk, I assume some people took the bus, I drove every day. As a grad student, I had a G-Lot parking pass and my schedule necessitated that I be on campus early most days, so finding a spot wasn't an issue. For an undergrad that may not be an option.

2. The apartments are average on the niceness scale. And for the price, they were a pretty good value, but there are much fancier places to live in Provo, but there are also far worse. Also, there is plenty of parking at the Branbury, but not all of it will be the most convenient. The spots next to the stairwells were coveted, but if you got back late at night (from a studying session;) ) you could always find a spot, but it wouldn't be right next to your building.

3. It's not a 100% BYU crowd. There are a lot of non-BYU students, including UVU students, hair school students, and even non-students. I knew good people in all three categories who were great people and great roommates. I also knew people from all three categories who I would rather not share an apartment with for various reasons. The "diversity" was a breath of fresh air for me after living for so long in the area south of campus. It may not be for everyone.

4. A lot of people complain about management. (I have yet to come across an apartment complex where people didn't complain about the management.) I'm not saying they are perfect (I came home from a week away to an undeserved pay-or-vacate order taped to my door), but when I pointed it out to them they resolved it quickly. One plus of a place like the Branbury is they have on-site management with regular business hours. I lived in other places where this wasn't the case and it could be a pain in the yewt. I found that most of the complaints people had with management at the Branbury (and at other places I've lived or been familiar with) were a result of residents not reading or not understanding their lease.
