Other top LDS recruits did not want to play for Reid. There was s lot of dissension on the team. They started the season 1 and 7. Reid got fired. Revisionists here on CB claim Reid was fired because of the comment he made to Burgess. While it may have been a contributing factor it was hardly the main reason. People need to drop this narrative and move on. It has really been blown way of proportion over the years. It’s just not true.
