I'm not sure. Haven't seen the 10Q yet.
Based on the 10K they either have to cut overhead or sell more cars to make money. Right now I don't think that they can make/sell enough cars, even running at 100% capacity, to make money yet.
They spend a lot of money on R&D but that's kind of the point of their company in some ways.
