Am I really supposed to be excited about a guy who transfer from UVU and had a staff line as paltry as Lowell's? Forgive my ignorance, but I never watched him play this year in so I have no real opinion on in one way or another. If he has similar athleticism to someone like Gavin Baxter I could understand the excitement but I'm having a bit of a hard time understanding picking up kids from UVU is a such a big deal to BYU basketball.

maybe I'm wrong, but the problem that I saw with BYU basketball the last few saw was twofold 1. Attrition due to both kids transferring out and guys leaving early. 2. Outside of a few players there just seemed to be a lack of talent in the recruits ever coming in. Now I think Jake toolson will be a decent addition and will help the team I don't see a ton of true division 1 talent on you use current roster.

Please help me out here to see why I should be excited about Jake toolson and Lowell.
