If you look at the roster for 2020, you will see that we have Baxter (who we hope will be awesome), Da Silva (who is a complete mystery - even by recruit standards), and Lee (who, with all due love and respect to my Idaho homies, has yet to flash potential). I'm hopeful that we have a good chance with Lohner, and it would be awesome to get Sissoko, but I'm not holding my breath.

That means we were heading into 2020-21 with one - ONE known quantity in our frontcourt, and precious few recruiting targets on the Horizon. Lowell may never be more than a guy who averages 8 points and 5 boards a game while providing another solid outside shooter, and guess what - that would still be super useful! If he ends up being a Noah Hartsock-type who can give us 16 and 7 a night and occasionally be our leading scorer some games, even better.
