What is the minimum number of minority leads necessary to achieve the "probably should" threshold you speak of?
How many lead roles were non-minority individuals cast for where the alternative minority option was more talented, more experienced, same price, etc?
In order to come to an explanation as to why there aren't as many minorities cast as there "probably should" be I'll need to better understand the facts.
