Shushing his little brothers and sisters in a public place because their behavior isn’t cool and is making him not look as cool.

Coolness is a state of mind. You can own just about anything and make it cool.

That said I’m not necessarily a huge gear count fan myself, but I do think it’s silly and dorky and quirky and those are just my kinds of things.

I abhor obsession with appearing cool, and people who suck the silliness and fun out of life because they insist everyone “grows up”. Bleh.
