I remember running from the knees down to make it to the bathroom. Once I got the medicine, though, 3 days and it was gone. That's why I was curious how the treatment goes here in the states. I've heard it's a lot longer, and I assume it's because it's not as common of an issue.

I'm reaching way back into memory, but I think the medication they gave me was called Fasigyn.
