places that ask you for a tip *before* you even get your food (or whatever service they are providing).

I feel like more of these places are popping up where you place your order and pay at the beginning - and the printout that you sign asks for a tip - and they haven't even started preparing your food yet. It seems weird that essentially you have to bribe the employees just to give you the sandwich that you already paid for.
