This is crazy to me, why do so many people just try to blame someone else. Seems like a money grab to me.
Yes it’s sad, but at some point you have to take responsibility for you’re own actions. Also, if you know you’re an alcoholic why would you work as a bartender?

The family of Nicholas Immesberger is suing Tiger Woods, The Woods restaurant and Erica Herman, the restaurant manager and Woods' girlfriend, alleging that Immesberger, a bartender at The Woods, was overserved alcohol on the night he died in a car crash.
