You would have to factor in a daycare is a business and has to cover overhead.
A better option is comparing it to an Au Pair. Which is 375 a week on average. If the sitter is not working than 300-400 is reasonable. If they are taking time off work then it all depends on lost wages.
And also make sure that expenses are covered by the family not coming out of the sitters pay.
